Sushi Song, under the conceptual and culinary leadership of Chef Wijai “Song” Ketsuwan, is a standout in the culinary landscape of South Florida, known for blending the nightlife and flavors of sushi unique to Miami with a sophisticated New York ambiance. Since the first location opened in 2009, Sushi Song has captivated sushi aficionados with innovative and flavorful creations, offering a dynamic dining experience that transcends the ordinary. With 12 locations across South Florida, including Duval Street in Key West, and two new locations slated to open in Summer 2024, Sushi Song is poised to expand its geographical and cultural reach, aligning seamlessly with The Round Table Group’s expertise in transformative branding and marketing.

Thai Song, a new culinary concept developed by Chef Song, is a haven for those passionate about authentic Thai cuisine. Situated in Lauderdale By-The-Sea and opening earlier this year, Thai Song joins Sushi Song in this exciting chapter of culinary expansion. Embodying the true essence of Thailand, the restaurant features dishes crafted from traditional family recipes that have been passed down through five generations, with ingredients that transport diners straight to the heart of Bangkok.
