Broward County, FL – The Round Table Group proudly announces its selection as a finalist for the 2024 Project of the Year Award by PMI South Florida. This recognition highlights the team’s exceptional work on Activating the Indian Diaspora Through Sports & Entertainment: Cross-Cultural Impact with the Round Table Group.

The project was a momentous collaboration that included the ICC T20 World Cup, Kash Patel Productions, and the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, uniting international sports phenomena, Bollywood’s cultural influence, and world-class facilities. 

The initiative’s focal point was a landmark Hard Rock Live Hollywood event featuring Bollywood legends Kumar Sanu and Sadhana Sargam. Designed to connect cricket enthusiasts with Bollywood fans, the event celebrated the dynamic culture of the Indian diaspora while fostering union across cultural and generational divides.

Innovative Project Management

The Round Table Group used a Hybrid Project Management approach to ensure the event’s success. Combining Waterfall methodologies for precise logistical planning with Agile strategies for flexible marketing and community enrollment. TRT was able to adapt quickly and effectively to address challenges with unpredictable weather and diverse audience needs.
