People light earthen lamps, or diyas, to symbolize the victory of light. Families come together to clean their homes, decorate them with vibrant rangoli designs, and exchange gifts. Special prayers and rituals fill the celebration, culminating with breathtaking fireworks lighting the night sky.
The festival is a time for reflection, renewal, and gratitude as families and communities unite to celebrate the victory of good values and the importance of spreading love and happiness.
Growing Indian Community in North America
The Indian community in North America has been flourishing over the years, bringing with it a rich tapestry of traditions and cultural diversity. As the Indian diaspora continues to expand its roots across the continent, Diwali has grown in significance and has become a symbol of unity that transcends cultural backgrounds.
The Center for Immigration Studies has reported that “Telugu is the fastest growing language in the United States.” This statistic underscores the remarkable growth of Indian communities nationwide and their profound influence on American society.
Moreover, as The Economist highlights, “India’s diaspora is bigger and more influential than any in history.” This testament to the global reach and impact of the Indian diaspora emphasizes the profound significance of cultural celebrations like Diwali worldwide.

The Round Table Group is thrilled to partner with Kash Patel Productions in promoting and supporting Diwali events nationwide. Our recent email campaign, which reached over 90,000 individuals of Indian descent in North America, has helped event organizers become familiar with our commitment to fostering cultural exchanges and supporting community initiatives.
Our email marketing campaign, released on November 2nd, showcased many Diwali events nationwide. By featuring these events, we aimed to not only celebrate the beauty of Diwali but also to provide event organizers with an exceptional opportunity to increase their event’s reach, all without any additional costs.
In return, we introduced our client, Kash Patel Productions, to new audiences nationwide, enabling us to enroll and engage them in our events and community. This mutually beneficial collaboration allows us to continue growing successfully and collaboratively by exchanging resources and skills and expanding our audience.
This collaboration is a testament to our commitment to uniting communities and creating connections, and we are excited about new partnerships in the coming year. Together, we can continue to build a stronger, more interconnected community.
