Position Overview: The Round Table Group is seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Marketing Technology Specialist. If you have a passion for technology, data, and marketing and are ready to take on diverse responsibilities, we want to hear from you.

The Marketing Technology Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing systems and technology infrastructure. This individual will be responsible for database management, creating dashboards, organizing files, optimizing systems, managing websites and landing pages, and providing general technology support to our marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Website and landing page management:
    • Manage and update company websites and landing pages.
    • Ensure website content is up-to-date and aligns with marketing goals.
    • Monitor website performance and user experience.
  • Content Management:
    • Managing and organizing content on our websites, including creating and formatting pages and blog posts
  • Database Management:
    • Maintain and update customer databases.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    • Assist in data segmentation and targeting for marketing campaigns.
  • Dashboards and Reporting:
    • Create and maintain marketing dashboards to track key performance metrics.
    • Generate regular reports to provide insights into marketing activities.
  • System Optimization:
    • Identify opportunities for system improvements and optimizations.
    • Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to implement enhancements.
  • General Technology Support:
    • Provide technical support to the marketing team as needed.
    • Troubleshoot technology-related issues.
    • Stay current with industry trends and recommend new tools or technologies.
  • Files
    • Manage and update media files, folders, and digital galleries
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in database management, preferably in a marketing context.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools and dashboard creation and management. 
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Creative problem-solving ability and a passion for technology.
