Position Overview: The Round Table Group is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, data-driven Ads Manager to join our transformative team. In this role, you will develop and execute advertising campaigns that align with our client’s objectives and embody TRT’s ethos of creating disruptive branding and compelling narratives. Your work will cover digital platforms such as Meta, Google, OTT, Spotify, Youtube, TikTok, and more, ensuring each campaign fosters loyalty, cultivates passionate communities, and delivers unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create digital and paid social media plans that align with TRT’s mission of creating emotionally resonant branding and compelling aesthetics.
  • Place and manage paid social media, digital, OTT Streaming and YouTube advertising campaigns, ensuring seamless integration of data science with artistic innovation.
  • Manage assigned Google AdWords and Meta Business accounts, overseeing all aspects of campaign management from concept development to execution.
  • Maintain status reports on all advertising initiatives and campaign timelines relating to advertising deliverables.
  • Track campaign performance, extracting insights to optimize and refine strategies in collaboration with the team.
  • Participate in meetings with agency personnel, contributing to the team’s creative and strategic direction.
  • Leverage cognitive psychology principles and data analytics to inform campaign strategies and optimizations.
Required Skills
  • Experience in digital advertising (AdWords, YouTube, Google Online Display) and paid social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in managing Meta Business advertising (Facebook & Instagram) and familiarity with LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, and other current social media platforms.
  • Advanced capabilities in Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Strong attention to detail, specifically with regard to written communications, including excellent spelling and grammar skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to craft emotionally resonant content and compelling aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and a strong sense of urgency in project management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
  • At least 2 years of specific experience in digital marketing is preferred.
